Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Two pets are permitted per dwelling.
Pet interview required prior to move in.
$25 rent per pet/per month.
One-time non-refundable pet fee due at move in - $350 for one pet, $550 for two pets.
All applicants are required to complete a Pet Screening profile prior to move in.

Pets are welcome at Cottages at Nolte Farms in Seguin, TX! Our rental homes include a private fenced yard with patio and turf plus easy access to nearby parks and trails for outdoor time with your pets. Specific pet guidelines, including any restrictions or fees, are available by contacting the leasing office.
